Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, balances frozen, and any bonus credits forfeited without notice.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Naga138 support immediately via the live chat facility on the Platform. Naga138 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation. We accept no liability for losses arising from failure to maintain credential security.
Naga138 is required to conduct identity verification on all Users, in particular prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and in certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.
Naga138 accepts deposits via the following methods: FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB transfer, Public Bank transfer, Hong Leong transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
The standard minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the Platform's discretion or as imposed by the payment provider.
All deposits are accepted and held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of receipt. Naga138 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly without prior arrangement.
By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner or holder of the payment method used. Naga138 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to request supporting documentation at any time.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Prior to processing any withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification. Naga138 processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during standard operating hours, though complex requests or additional verification requirements may extend this timeframe.
Bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any withdrawal request made while an active bonus is in progress may result in the bonus and any associated winings being voided at the Platform's discretion, unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-day basis and may vary by VIP tier.
Naga138 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals, including requests for documentation to confirm the legitimacy of winings and the source of funds. Withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be held pending full investigation.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or product-specific rules published on the Platform. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Naga138 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
Where a bet is accepted at a price that is materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, Naga138 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. This applies to all bet types including pre-match, in-play, parlays, and system bets.
Live in-play bets on events such as EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and UFC bouts are subject to the real-time availability of market data. Naga138 is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect market availability. In-play odds may be suspended at any time without notice.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond a specified period, technical failure, incorrect market display, or suspected cheating or match-fixing. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your Account balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and bet type. Specific limits are available within the Platform's help section. Where a payout would exceed the applicable limit, the excess amount will not be paid.
All bonuses offered by Naga138 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active. These specific terms take precedence over general Platform terms where there is a conflict.
Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only. Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once, from one qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate registrations will result in all related accounts being closed and all associated funds being forfeited.
Wagering requirements must be met entirely before any bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the time of the offer. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Naga138 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Naga138's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Pending verification, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Naga138 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; KYC requirements have not been met within a reasonable period; or there is a regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement to do so.
Upon Account closure or termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.1. Naga138 recommends that Users review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Naga138 is registered and licensed to operate. Users acknowledge that the resolution of any disputes will be subject to that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and Naga138, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures of our licensing authority.
For the avoidance of doubt, placing a bet on a sporting event in which there is a known interest, or in which the outcome may be influenced by the betor, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant sports integrity body.
